This is not exactly ideal (I'd prefer to have the directions come out of the phone speaker and not pause Bluetooth), but it will do the job. Touch Mute.On your phone. Open the Settings app. In the search bar, type “App permissions” and tap the result. Look for your microphone permissions and make sure they're turned on for Waze.
