With the Sony E mount system you can use APS-C lenses on full frame bodies (they will crop) and full frame lenses on APS-C. Also on many Canon cameras, video is kneecapped. That means stuff like 1.5x and 2x crop for 4k videos. Recording time limits, worse profiles.
