This means you would only need to buy Path of Fire and End of Dragons to get all the expansions. Add to that, the living world story updates to get the full experience. Buying any expansion pack includes the base game. Buying PoF includes HoT. So: if you want to have all expansion content, buy PoF and EoD. When using a visa gift card to buy anything online, always make sure the value of the gift card is at least $1 more than the value of your purchase. Many transaction systems will put a $1 hold on the card to verify that the card is valid, then make the purchase, then release the $1 hold. Obviously, this won't work if you're trying to make a $20
The ywill be applied to your steam account so I think you can only by 1 of each expansion. If your friend want it on their steam you have to gift them the game if possible through steam or send money and they buy on their account.

There is a bundle with all 3 expacs. It does not need to be bought on its own. There is a bundle with all 3 expansions, including the newest one, for $50. Or you can buy the first two in a bundle for $30 and the most recent one on its own for $30. So you save $10 buy buying the bundle of all 3.

To gift buy it from the GW2 web store or other Anet authorized retailers (if they offer pre-purchase) and once you get the game key you can it to give to the recipient. Just don’t register it and don’t buy it through the in-game store as the in-game store automatically adds it to your account if you don’t have AMhUVU.
