The replacement interval for the belt , water pump and pulleys is 120,000 kilometres or 6 years , whichever comes first. You should also replace the cam follower in the high pressure fuel pump every 100,000 kilometres.

I can't find a service schedule for your particular model but generally Audi recommend checking the cam belt every 40,000 miles and replacing it at 80,000 miles - check your user manual for details. There may be a recommendation to attend to it every 4 years but I can't be definitive on that.
The closest Audi dealership told me it would cost $10,000, and a local independent shop quoted $6,500. I bought it knowing the timing chain would need to be replaced, seeing online that it should be $2000-$3000, and accepted that extra future maintenance cost.
